Recipe for dough
2000 years ago they already made bread, so how difficult can it be? Make it yourself with this recipe or check what is available in the supermarket. But don’t only check for pizza dough, bread dough will also work.

Mix the flour, salt, oil and yeast in a bowl and stir it for a few moments. Then, add 200 ml of water and work the whole to a flexible and elastic dough. Add, little by little, the remaining water until the dough becomes nicely elastic, but not too wet (sticky). Cover the bowl with a piece of cloth. Let the dough rise for about 45 minutes until its volume has doubled. Next, roll out the dough to a 3 mm thick patch. Carve out the circles with the dough cutter. Powder the circles for preventing them to stick and put them on a plate or board. You can put them on the table like this, as a basis for the pizza gourmet-party.
